天津爱迪自动化公司是一家工业电气自动化和机械自动化设备的制造厂家，自成立以来秉承合理、挑战、 ***的经营理念，致力于客户成功的企业理念，不断自主创新，开发各类自动化设备。天津小型伺服压力机小型伺服压力机非标自动化设备厂家汽车油箱水试漏站 1.试漏夹具在泵口周围要有4个支撑点，每个支撑点做的小巧一点。试漏过程中，每个支撑点对应的油箱位置变形量不得大于10mm，同时不能影响人眼观察试漏过程中油箱是否漏气。油箱的压点分布合理，能承受住油箱内充0.3-0.35bar压力时，夹具不变形。 2.油箱内充气后断气，大约保压一段时间（时间在HMI上可以更改，但是密码权限需要高权限）压力稳定后证明没有大泄漏，油箱下水，下水完成稳定后开始试漏计时在试漏期间如果有任何的中断则从新开始计时；所有时间要在HMI上可见；(注：要考虑下现有夹具工装是否干涉)包含所有项目都要遵循这个原则 3.试漏堵头及充气装置，封堵装置至少2套备件，将现有的水试漏站上面加一块不锈钢板充当桌面，并且将现有的水试漏站前面的钢板去掉，且不能影响正常生产 4.本站的程序要进行相应的更新，需要增加456B新项目的机型选择，并在显示屏的显眼位置有提示。 5.在试漏完成后要有指示灯提醒操作者完成，通过之后有语音提示，“YES” 6.防错样件必须在8小时之内进行一次验证并记入Q-plant系统，才能进行正常生产. 1. Put tank into fixture Put sealing plugs. Air filling to max pressure of tolerance. Stop air filling then waiting for pressure drop within defined time. If finding big leak, the machine will give alarm to reject immediately. If no big leak, fixture will move down to water. After fixture arrived at water, we will give some seconds to wait for stabilization of water wave. ( waiting time need input from HMI and make study) 2. Start to timer ( 30sec @ 0.3-0.35 bar). Note: if drawing has spec, we need follow drawing, if no spec in the drawing, we will use “TI standard” which is 18sec minimal @ 0.3-0.35bar. and here needs to use proportional valve to control the air pressure. 3. If anything interrupt during timer counting ( for example 30sec) the timer will restart. 4. After time ends, the fixture will lift up automatically, one big lamp facing to operator is showing time end. 5. “Pass” stamp give signal to machine to say “ Pass”. 6. The site must have a sample production and Q-plant records within 8 hours, in order to carry out normal production
